Lawyers are held to a very high standard. If they lie or they tolerate lying in their clients or they enable lying, not only can they lose their law license and get disbarred but additionally they even open themselves up to getting sued themselves.
In other words, a lawyer who tolerates lying and abuse of process is committing ethics violations that are actionable. They could end up in court as a defendant.
I’m learning so much about how little the court system tolerates liars and lying. As long as the court officiants are sane and somewhat reasonable, the Truthful should be vindicated.
This lawyer below is encouraging the reporting of an unethical lawyer to the state bar.
I wonder if enabling a law suit initiated full of deception to harass and intimidate me out of using my first amendment rights of free speech, free press and free religion would be frowned upon by the New York State bar?
