When my mafia warden started to develop the habit of threatening to kill me too much, I did think about this very analogy. If the ship is going down, better to be 1 the others don’t want gone. It’s the only chance out. It’s not a good moment to have been dead weight on others.
I really liked Perfect Strangers and I could not have imagined it has anything to do with me. We once again can recall the odd couple.
