D owns the system and she uses her power to force unwilling people to torture and murder children for banking vampires. The entire financial system is a scam to feed cannibals the food they most enjoy.
It’s bad enough D gets pleasure from torturing and murdering innocent children. Then she has to torture people into doing it that don’t want to or they are murdered.
