Yet another song that makes me cry.

Elvis Costello - A Face In The Crowd

Apparently Elvis Costello has been creating a musical called A Face In The Crowd based on the story of a Trump like fake populist. I have heard Elvis Costello say that this whole devastating publicity campaign (he didn’t call it that) has interfered with staging this work.
It’s so interesting that this is the case as I’ve been continually pushed by members of the spy community into lending reality to that Trump story.
Elvis Costello and I have - it just so happens - both been exposing the big Trump hoax and we have both been constantly pushed to opposites sides of the whipped up debates spectrum that we are so used to seeing in the controlled media.

Now I can’t even attend his concerts because that publicity stunt has framed me as a threat to the health of others when I am thankfully quite healthy. In this morass of trickery and lies, it is being said that the healthy need to be locked up. This is discrimination against the aware and honest and this practice of oppressing people like me is completely unacceptable.

A Face In The Crowd

If you're down and confused
And you think that you've been used
And you're only a face in the crowd

Well, I know how that feels
No one hears your appeals
In a moment
For crying out loud

When you started, then you stuttered
From the penthouse to the gutter
Though they're usually found the other way round
When you're only a face in the crowd.
You're only a face in the crowd.

If you're tired and you're stooped
And you think that you've been duped
And you're only a face in the crowd

When you feel put-upon,
I'll be your champion.
Cause you're angry, and I feel it too.

When they've broken you, forsaken you,
They've taken you for granted
When your voice can't be heard,
And you can't find the words,
I will help you, and I will be there.
You're more than a face in the crowd.

You'll be strong, restore your pride.
Take my hand; I'll take your side.
If you can just decide
You're more than a face
You're more than a face
You're more than a face

In the crowd.
