When innocent members of the population live in fear of getting caught by organized crime, things are very backward and we need to focus on the pursuit of Justice because we cannot live much longer without it.
Predators are not satisfactory world rulers. They are always afraid. They never have enough. Theirs is a mentality of scarcity. There are other, more generous, mentalities that would be wonderful to explore.
