Many people with Narcissistic Personality Disorder started out as abused children. Many chronic victims of those with NPD (like I was) started out as abused children. It is a mystery why some of us turn out “nice and some of us turn out “mean” but I have noticed in my family that there is this sort of divide - abusers and victims. My point is that child abuse is way too prevalent and it is the start of much evil in this world.
