Moon in Pisces in the Neptune vibe 12th house is a lot of cold water. I also have my intercepted sign Aries right next to it with Mars in there. I think I can see my chronic sinus infection there. Aries rules the head and supposedly its fire is inaccessible from being an intercepted house.
Another possible manifestation can be that I have a past life (12th house) involving a Mars in Aries energy that has recently been unlocked with the help of my duplicated signs - Gemini (twin) and Sagittarius with Neptune (spirit) in the 8th house (death/birth/transformation) near the 7th house (partner). As always, we’ll see.
