“Debating” in the comments section can follow a certain pattern. Someone will say something more or less True. Then another commenter will make a personal attack that doesn’t address the Truth of the argument.

(It’s an ad hominem attack. Very low level. It makes the attacker look vile and stupid.)

This guy took it to another level when he got his o so predictable personal attack.
