The female to male secret transgenders can be difficult to spot. It takes some practice adjusting your eyes to see the female skull under the fake chin and jaw that is usually attached to it in a deceptive female to male. 

This video may help you learn to discern this better. It still shocks me that this is obviously going on but I believe we need to wake each other up about this. It shows the level of depravity of this “culture” that rules over us.

They are clearly drugging and mutilating their children and they somehow get these children to keep all these secrets.  I frequently show evidence of how incestuous “celebrities” appear to be with their children so you’ll see on your own what I’m talking about.
