Court professionals tend to have a serious issue with lawyers and clients who waste the court’s time with frivolous litigation.
If the unscrupulous behave without integrity in the legal arena, careers can be destroyed. Lawyers have a strict ethical code they must follow if they wish to continue being lawyers. They must perform due diligence to make sure they are initiating cases with actual merit and they mustn’t enable dishonest clients. If they fail to do the minimum for themselves and their clients, if they aid and abet their clients after the fact through harassing someone fighting for justice -
