I offered to paint the exterior of a Salvation Army Thrift store that was marred and poorly covered up. This store was in a somewhat run down area.

Instead of taking my offer, they played a bunch of games and let me know they weren’t interested. This came from the highest levels of that organization.

That’s why when I knew they didn’t really care about the community. I offered to paint anything. I was happy to go along with whatever theme they wanted.
