I’m seeking the Truth, whatever that is. This process is me sifting through whatever data I can access to learn about myself, this earth and the spirituals realms.

I do not have the answers but I ask you to join me as we find out best we can about what’s really going on.

I am not sure if the Bible has been compromised and I suspect that it has. Nonetheless, I seek Truth in it. According to the Bible, lucifer was an angel who wanted to rule above God. He convinced a third of the angels to rebel against God with him. Lucifer and this third were cast out to the earth and they became the devil and the demons.

I’m buying this story.

If I am against the dark forces and I live on this earth then I am living in hostile territory. The Bible says the world is under the dominion of the devil.

I’m buying that story.

You are witnessing spiritual warfare in progress.

I also have become very much convinced that alliance with the Spirit of Jesus is the way. If someone asks for a revelation of the Spirit of Jesus, they may be surprised at what happens.

When a self proclaimed spiritual healer says on his podcast he has thousands of people believing they’re his twin flames contacting him, he is showing beyond a shadow of a doubt there is something he is doing that is creating that circumstance. This is what they call in law: an admission against interest.

When the self proclaimed spiritual leader calls someone crazy and jealous for bringing attention to the nature of this con, the circumstances speak for themselves. Res ipsa loquitor is a very important doctrine in law.

The injury sustained shows the negligence that was perpetrated.

The legal doctrine res ipsa loquitur is about how something speaks for itself. If a crowd of people complains they were ripped off and deceived by a self proclaimed spiritual leader, then it speaks for itself that they must have been harmed and there is a problem in evidence. There simply wouldn’t be a crowd volunteering congruent stories about the same fraud otherwise.

Here is an instance in the Bible where people were asking real prophets to act like a fake ones.

You know a false prophet by their results. When a person has a crowd of people complaining they were harmed by a self proclaimed spiritual leader - that is their results. That shows the Truth about that individual.

It is interesting that this passage even refers to how people will ask for lies (in this case “positivity”) from a spiritual leader if those deceptions are not forthcoming.

I have been the target of massive amounts of gaslighting. That’s why I’m glad I kept an exhaustive record of everything that has happened during my project online available for all to see. I know that through living very transparently, disclosing the good and bad, this means that anyone who really cares to know the Truth can easily find it for themselves.

Those that wish to be deceived cannot be helped though I sincerely pray and hope that they’ll change their outlook on that.

Narcissists reframe reality however they need to with no regard to the Truth to make themselves seem like victims when they are really more often the abusers in any given situation. Narcissists are predators. The main technique narcissists employ is called gaslighting. They try to make their victim look crazy to anyone unfortunate enough to still believe them.

What is gaslighting?

By Alka Writes

Gaslighting

Gaslighting is a form of manipulation which alters the target's perception of reality. Unfortunately the term has been used a little indiscriminately in pop culture and thus is often misunderstood.

When one or two small details about incidents or situations are altered in the subsequent description by a manipulator in order to control the ongoing narrative, that is gas lighting.

In any relationship, history and reality are shared experiences. Most adults accept that their point of view and memory may be completely different from what another person experienced, and empathy involves allowing the differences to be respected. Thus the 'past' is often some reasonable compromise of narratives negotiated by the partners. This is part of being in a mature loving relationship. However if one partner has a need to control the narrative, an easy way to do this is to be the one defining the reality. This is done either by changing facts or interpreting behaviors to introduce self doubt, and then guilt or shame in their target.

Gaslighting gets its name from the 1944 melodrama “Gaslight,” starring Ingrid Bergman, Charles Boyer, and Joseph Cotten. In that movie, Gregory continually dims and brightens the gaslights in the townhouse he shares with his new wife, Paula, only to deny having done so when she complains about the fluctuating light. She comes to believe she might be insane, and nearly dies as she reacts hysterically to the manipulation.

Gaslighting is usually minor enough initially that the target doesn't insist on a correction, but over time, it causes two long term negative effects.

1. It causes the target to doubt their own senses or perceptions.

2. It causes memory issues and confusion, causing the target to either become fuzzy in their account of things or feel angry and reactive because facts don't match what they think they know.

Techniques of gaslighting:

***Not allowing discussion

Withholding: denying the target a chance to question the narrative. "Don't try to confuse me" or "Stop whining on and on about everything."

Diverting: avoiding discussion by throwing accusations. "You deliberately start arguments when I need to go."

***Actively misrepresenting

Countering: when target questions facts, question their memory or challenge their assurance that they know everything.

Trivializing: "you will let something like this come between us?"

Forgetting: "what are you talking about?", "you are making this up".

Effects of gaslighting

*** Immediate

Confusion

Self doubt, second guessing yourself

wondering about being too sensitive

*** Medium term

- Conviction something is wrong

- Always seem to be apologizing or making excuses

- Start withholding information to avoid questioning or put downs

- Start feeling you can't do anything right, hopeless

*** Long term

- Difficulty with making decisions

- Fundamentally questioning why, with so many apparently good things in life, nothing seems right

- Fuzzy memory.

What does it mean to unmask a narcissist?

By Eliana Marris

To unmask a narcissist means a great deal about yourself as a person who is learning, growing, and healing. What it means about the narcissist is simply that you know who they really are.

If you reach the point in a relationship where you realise that:

You are being hurt

Taken for granted

Mistreated

Disregarded

And abused

You have already taken the first step to recovering yourself. It is all too easy to look over these things in the name of love. And to endure things that no human being ever should for someone else.

When you realise who someone truly is, especially for the worst - it means that you have become more educated, stronger, and wiser for the better. Do not take this realisation as a negative. For if you had never realised, you could never seek a positive life without them.
