Only with endless mind control from the “elites” would the masses consider a plastic surgery abomination “hot”. 

All the plastic surgery and silicon and Botox in the universe isn’t going to make ANYONE FROM ANYWHERE look real. 

I view these sort of movies as propaganda created so the masses will better enjoy their endless serfdom to the “elites”.
