The promotion of narcissistic attitudes in media leads to more child abuse. This is why every effort should be made to root out this contagion.
Why did the people support Napoleon’s rise to power?
This is explained in all the memoirs that I have been broadcasting.
Revolution was fomented to wipe away those with power to replace them with the fomenters of revolution. An order out of chaos modus operandi. Once the new corrupt puppets were in place, France fell into degradation. The people needed a strong, good man to save them. They viewed Napoleon as that man.
Why?
Because he had miraculously won Italy from Austria who had been attacking France for many, many years. Napoleon attempted to check the power of France’s other foe - the English government - through his Egyptian campaign.
Once Napoleon assumed power, he exceeded the public’s expectations by resolving finance issues, ending the civil war, by reconstructing Paris, by establishing new historically fairer laws. The list goes on.
These improvements were so terrifying to France’s enemies that they felt compelled to keep up the wars because that was the only way they could finally destroy Napoleon and what he represented.

Let’s talk about Mercury
You’ve probably heard people saying, “oh no, it’s Mercury retrograde.” Followed by a litany of complaints that their computer isn’t working. They didn’t get that email. They misunderstood how to get to that party. Anything which is communication and zipping around is a Mercury type of thing. Supposedly during a Mercury retrograde, the smooth flow of communication turns backward and it is frustrated.
What is a Mercury retrograde? Part of what’s so ridiculous about astrology is that it’s so “unscientific” according to what we’re told. (Look into NASA and see if they can maintain any sort of congruent story.) In astrology, the planets and sun revolve around the earth. Basically Mercury, for whatever reason or explanation appears to move backwards in the sky during Mercury retrograde. While this is happening the positive flow of activities under the province of Mercury goes backwards and leads to frustrations.
What are activities under the province of Mercury?
Above you see at the arrow that my mercury is placed next to the sun. I’m jumping ahead but both are in Scorpio (investigations, transformation, death, birth) in the 7th house. The 7th house is that of relation to another. We should know by now that I like to communicate but I was born under a mercury retrograde. What does it mean to be born under a mercury retrograde?
The following information can be perused more in depth here.
I’m looking to show that these planetary configurations reveal certain energies. They show up on an astrological chart in terms of most powerful to less powerful. The sites I am linking to are accurately expressing what these energies are about. I cannot say whether these sites are trustworthy otherwise.
A lot of what I’m attempting to do is to show that my chart accurately reflects me. If I can do this, I hope to show that Napoleon’s chart reflected him. The reason I’m showing both of these is that both are unusual personalities that should be known to the regular readers of this project. It is a test that I am conducting.
As to my natal chart placement of mercury: it is next to my sun sign amplifying it in a communicative manner in Scorpio in the house connected to Libra (art and relationships are ruled by Venus-My chart ruler is also Venus because my ascendant Taurus is ruled by Venus). My mercury retrograde shows a communicator who is offbeat and penetrating. You can judge the data for yourself. Thank you for following along with this exploration.

Something I’ve been working on
How many hours did Napoleon sleep?
The memoirs about Napoleon do describe his sleeping patterns. Just yesterday the fresh memoirs said Napoleon went to sleep at 10 p.m. which was very early for that time.
Napoleon’s stepdaughter Hortense said that he seemed to get by with little sleep or food.
The pattern that I have understood is that Napoleon slept from about 10–2 a.m.
He would wear his cotton white outfit with a scarf on his head and he’d send for snacks from the kitchen and he’d expect his secretary to get up too. He’d work until sunrise (maybe take a nap), order his bath drawn, work in the bath, get dressed with a lot of help and then he’d meet anyone with the right to show up at his levée, 9 a.m.
He spent a lot of time when not at war, holed up in his office where he was very fond of a comfortable sofa and I imagine he napped there if he needed it.
Napoleon said that a man should sleep 6 hours, a woman 7 and a fool 8.
To my astonishment, I have the same sleeping patten as Napoleon did right now. You can see it from when I upload content.
