Here we see the top heavy proportions of a male skeleton. The eyes are a bit widely and deeply set. This type of fake smile is one that is very highly favored by secret transgenders from what I’ve notIced.  I’ve also noticed that many like to keep their fake breasts somewhat out on display. Perhaps it’s to distract others from seeing the deception about their presentation.

Here we see a generally male sloping back forehead and a fairly sharp jawline. The skull is also quite wide. 

That hard, I’d say predatory looking male gaze. 

Sometimes secret transgenders get way too much plastic surgery at a fairly young age. Perhaps this is part of their effort to uphold the deception about their birth gender. 

Large feet. Pointy knees. Large skull. Straight up and down legs. Long arms. Fairly broad shoulders. 

The male skull. 

The smaller female skull. There is no plastic surgery that can change the size of the skull. 

Here we have arms that are unusually long if we were to suppose this person was born a woman. The straight up and down legs are also male looking. You may also notice the hard male gaze in the eyes. 

This man is open about the fact that his birth gender is that of a female. The female to male secret transgenders are a bit difficult to spot. Even here though you see a very sweet feminine face and the scars below the chest.  The wide female hips are still there under the bodybuilding. Though we can’t see the entire hands here, the palms of the hands are approximately level with the crotch.

Many people hide their alignment with the devil. It has come to my attention that many secret devil worshippers just so happen to be secretly transgendered.

Technology is good at helping to obscure birth gender but there are some things they can’t change.

The belly button is higher on a man. Female hips are generally as wide as the shoulders. Women’s legs angle in, whereas men’s legs are more straight up and down. Men tend to have a harder gaze in the eyes. A woman’s palm of the hands will usually be level with her crotch. A man’s wrists are usually level with his crotch. A man’s hands are usually big enough to cover most of his face. Men have more sloping back foreheads. Men have pointier knees. Men have much larger skulls and angular jawlines. Often a man will have a ring finger that is longer than the index finger. Sometimes on “male” celebrities, a scar under where they used to have breasts can be still seen.

Someone who is deliberately fooling others about their gender generally can not be viewed as honest.
