They deceive us because it gives them a sick thrill and it makes them feel strong. It’s just the way of the psychopath.
I see a lot of this with strange sexual behavior between the “powerful” and their offspring. This is merely one example. Theirs is a different culture. It seems normal to them and the offspring are conditioned to like what’s going on, no matter how perverse it comes across to others.
